The Young Agency, led by Ms.Young for almost three decades, is a comprehensive full-service model and talent agency. Ms. Young and her team pride themselves in continually booking model talent of all ages, all sizes, all looks to appear in print, fashion runway, commercial TV, film, video, and social media and Web content, again all of this accomplished since 1996!

 

The Young Agency has secured notable bookings for its talent such as Medicare Google Ads, Tucson Electric Power Commercials, Product Launches, Music Videos, Serta Matress Promo and renowned shows such as One Tree Hill, CBS' Mom show, Criminal Minds, Beauty and the Geek (which awarded the season finale's winner with $250K) plus former model Brittany Brown landing 6th place on America's Next Top Model hosted by Tyra Banks. At age five, Jackson Scott guest-starred on Criminal Minds before he emerged at age 11 as one of Steven Spielberg's lead roles in “IT” and was also nominated by age 15 for an Oscar through his role in Prodigy. Jackson is currently at the age 18, taking up a major character position on the Netflix series Locke & Key; an accomplishment well deserved.

 

 The Young Agency has had an incredible track record in the entertainment industry, as they have earned accolades from some of its top professionals and a letter of recognition from the late Senator John McCain and former Governor Janet Napolitano. Moreover, Arizona's (former) Governor Doug Ducey wrote to Ms. Young in 2015 to commend her on creating Kids Fashion Week and Teen Fashion Week to benefit Make-A-Wish, AZ- now entering its 11th year.
