We are proud to celebrate nearly three remarkable decades of success led by the visionary Ms. Young, founder of The Young Agency—a premier full-service model and talent agency. Since 1996, Ms. Young and her dedicated team have passionately represented talent of all ages, sizes, and all looks, booking them for opportunities in print, runway, TV, film, commercials, music videos, and social media campaigns.

 

The Young Agency’s impressive portfolio includes standout bookings such as Google Medicare ads, Tucson Electric Power commercials, product launches, Serta Mattress promotions, and appearances on top-tier productions like One Tree Hill, Criminal Minds,

CBS’ Mom, and Beauty and the Geek, Nickelodeon, Sesame Street, Huggies Ad campaigns and so much more. A special highlight includes successful model Brittany Brown, who soared to 6th place on America’s Next Top Model hosted by Tyra Banks.  Another incredible success story is that of Jackson Scott—who at just five years old booked a guest appearance on Criminal Minds, then rose to stardom as a lead in Stephen King’s popular film, "IT".  Jackson went on to be recognized as an Oscar-nominated actor for Prodigy and later joined the cast of Netflix’s Locke & Key. Jackson continues to film major roles in Los Angeles and Vancouver, a true testament to the caliber of talent The Young Agency represents and amazing opportunities we offer.

The Young Agency’s reputation has earned it accolades from industry leaders and formal recognition from public officials, including letters from the late Arizona Senator John McCain, former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, and Arizona's former Governor Doug Ducey, who praised Ms. Young in 2015 for launching Kids Fashion Week and Teen Fashion Week in support of Make-A-Wish Arizona—an inspiring initiative now in its 11th year!
